1. Buyer sends ICPO to Seller on receipt of Seller's Soft/Full Corporate Offer, with Tank Storage Agreement (TSA).
2. Seller issues PROFORMA INVOICE. Buyer signs and returns to Seller acknowledging buyer’s legally binding commitment to purchase under the terms and conditions herein:
Buyer send POF (A). via Bank to Bank - MT199, or (B). present a current BANK statement, or (C). Online statement with the account numbers blacked out.
3. Seller issue CONDITIONAL DTA (Dip Test Authorization) to be signed by all parties including buyer’s Tank Farm inspector and Injection Schedule. Buyer send TSR (Tank Storage Receipt) and ATI (Authorization to Injection), included the ATV (Authorization to Verify), signed by Buyer and tank farm.
Within 72 working hours, injection is executed in buyer tanks, according to the Injection Schedule.
4. Once the injection is finished, the Buyer must carry out the DIP TEST (Payment for this Dip Test will be assumed by the Buyer) and the buyer's tank farm will issue the INJECTION ANALYSIS REPORT.
5. Seller issue COMMERCIAL INVOICE. Buyer signs and sealed and return to Seller.
Buyer makes 100% payment within 24-48 working hours for the first trial lift able via TT Wire Transfer MT103,
6. Seller issue ATSC (Authorization to Sell and Collect) and Transfer Ownership title to Buyer.
7. Seller pays all intermediaries, issues 12 months contract to be signed with Buyer for up to 400M per month including NCNDA/IMFPA.
