Edward Jones-Financial Advisor: Jessie Hecocta I was born and raised in Klamath Falls, OR, and I have always been passionate about health and well-being and giving back to the community in which I live.

Previous careers have led me through a journey of helping others, which is an integral part of who I am. My successes provided opportunities to speak on behalf of the community for Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; Credit Builders Alliance; the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine; Oregon Office of Rural Health; and the Oregon Business Council. I have had the opportunity to serve and represent the community in diverse ways, and being an Edward Jones financial advisor inspires me as another way I can be of service. At Edward Jones, we strive to make sure clients feel heard and that we understand their unique story. We also work to help clients understand the investment world in terms they can relate to. This is especially important to me because I believe education is the foundation on which all decisions should be made, particularly when it comes to your financial future. Not every person was taught the importance of education and how it impacts current life situations and your future. I hope to provide that foundation and be the person to help those who never considered working with a financial advisor and those who thought financial stability was not possible. Member SIPC

Many people assume financial confidence comes with age. In my experience, it's not quite that simple.

New research from Edward Jones and Gallup shows that people across generations share concerns about their financial future. Younger adults are often working to build wealth, while older adults are focused on making their savings last. But both are looking for greater peace of mind about what's ahead.

That's one reason I enjoy helping clients create personalized strategies that align with their goals and priorities, both today and as their needs evolve over time.

Older adults are much more confident than younger adults in managing their current finances. Confidence in managing future finances, however, differs less by age.
