GREAT NEWS! Qualified homebuyers will be able to borrow more money without applying for a Jumbo Loan! The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) just announced that the maximum conforming loan limits for single-property houses will increase to $726,200 in 2023. That’s a 12.21% increase from the current (FHFA) limit of $647,200. This amount will be higher in certain high-cost areas.
