Compared with Sep 22–28, the latest numbers show:

• Osceola County: 256 new listings ↑ and 211 sold properties ↑, with the average sold price rising to $425,538
• Polk County: 374 new listings ↑ and 349 sold properties ↑, while the average sold price dipped slightly to $317,808
• Lake County: 196 new listings ↑ and 206 sold properties ↑, with the average sold price at $395,764
• Orange County: 463 new listings ↑ and 388 sold properties ↑, with the average sold price climbing to $603,357 and days on market dropping to just 56 days

📈 The big takeaway: Inventory and sales activity increased across all four counties, with Orange County showing the biggest jump in both new listings and sold properties, while also seeing homes move faster.
