Central Florida real estate remains active, but each county is showing a different pace.

📈 Orange County saw a strong increase in activity, with 452 new listings and 419 homes sold. The average sold price also rose to $611,202.

🔥 Polk County had a major jump in sales, with 433 properties sold compared to 292 the previous week.

📉 Lake County had fewer new listings, but sales increased to 236. The average sold price dipped to $416,802.

🏠 Osceola County remained steady, while average days on market improved from 73 to 66 days.

What does this mean?

🔑 FOR BUYERS: There are opportunities in the market and room to be strategic, but well-priced homes in high-demand areas can still move quickly.

🏡 Lake County saw the biggest increase in activity, with sales up 15% and average sold prices rising nearly 5%.

📈 Polk County also saw more homes sell, up 11%, while properties spent fewer days on the market.

⏳ Osceola County experienced a slight slowdown, with fewer sales and homes taking longer to sell.

🏠 Orange County saw fewer listings and sales, but the average days on market dropped from 56 to 50 days.

The takeaway? Central Florida's market isn't moving the same way everywhere. Conditions can vary significantly from one county to another, making local market data more important than ever.
