4 Things to keep in mind when disputing the creditors. Remember it’s not only disputing with the credit reporting agencies you can also dispute directly with the creditor.

These are vital things to keep in mind before sending off those disputes.

Most people are just thinking about getting approved and don’t bother to think about how your credit is impacting your interest rates. Some are good with just an approval without really knowing the impact their credit is having.

Example:

Person A: Let’s say you are looking at a home for $239,990 20% down interest rates 5.633%. Your estimated monthly payment will be $1485

Person B: Now another person gets same deal but with interest rates being 6.633% their estimated monthly payment is $1609.

That’s $124 more person B is paying monthly. However in the life of the loan 30 years 124 x 360= that equals $44,640 that person B will pay more than person A.

Is that not a good reason to work on your credit first?

Don’t Apply for Credit Too Often‼️

Another important factor is that new credit will also lead to your overall credit age dropping. Your credit age is based on the average time your credit accounts have been open.

Even with a high credit score that one collection will drag down your score. It’s important to always track your credit because at any given credit one a random collection can hit and you want to be on top of it.

You might not realize it but your low credit score is causing you to overpay on your car insurance.

Bad credit cost you more than credit repair and that is a fact. You over pay on everything.

✅insurance higher due to poor credit score
