Progress over perfection! ❤️

Today our team had the opportunity to spend time with Shawn, our State Farm Field Implementation Coach, focusing on ways to continue learning, growing, and improving.

One thing I believe strongly is that there’s always room to get better — whether it’s how we serve our customers, work together as a team, or approach each day.

Growth takes effort, consistency, and a willingness to make changes along the way.

🦌🍂 OH DEER! It’s that time of year again!

With deer becoming more active during the fall, here’s a little auto insurance tip you might not know!

🚗 If you hit a deer, the damage to your vehicle is typically covered under COMPREHENSIVE coverage, not collision!

But here’s the catch… comprehensive coverage is optional, so not every auto policy includes it!

And remember, if you swerve to avoid a deer and hit a tree or another object, that damage is generally considered a collision claim instead.

Knowing what’s covered BEFORE something happens can make a big difference!
