We're excited to introduce you to Diane Morgan, our Office Manager and one of the friendly faces you'll see at Cook Insurance with COUNTRY Financial! We're so happy to have her as part of our team! ❤️

1. What made you decide to start a career in insurance?

After spending 16 years in education, I was ready for a new chapter! I've always had a passion for helping people, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of others. Insurance gives me the opportunity to continue doing those things, just in a different way. I'm excited to learn, grow, and help people protect what matters most to them.

2. What do you enjoy most about working at Cook Insurance?

I love meeting new faces, getting to know our clients, and making everyone feel welcome. I also love being part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have a little fun along the way!

3. What did you do before joining Cook Insurance?

Before joining the team, I spent 16 years working in education. Working with students, families, and teachers taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of building relationships. Those are things I carry with me into this new chapter. While the career may be different, my heart for helping others hasn't changed!

4. When you're not working, what can we find you doing?

Spending time with my fiancé, Bradley and our 4 amazing kids! ❤️ I love motorcycle rides, traveling, little adventures, and making memories with the people I love. My faith is also a big part of my life, and I enjoy church, Bible study, and continuing to grow in my relationship with God. I'm all about enjoying the little things and making the most of every day!

5. What's a fun fact about you?

I absolutely love motorcycle rides, spontaneous adventures, and making memories! Give me a beautiful day, a motorcycle ride, and good company, and I'm one happy girl! I love to laugh, and have fun! I believe life is too short to take everything so seriously. Sometimes you just have to enjoy the ride, laugh a little louder, and dance in the chaos! 😂❤️

6. Favorite sports team?
The Dodgers 💙🤍 and The Buffalo Bills!!❤️💙

✨ Team Highlight: Tyler Davis ✨

We’re excited to introduce you to Tyler Davis, one of our Agents and another friendly face at Cook Insurance! We’re so glad to have him on our team!

1. What made you decide to start a career in insurance?

Following a change in my personal life, I wanted to find a career that offered more flexibility and allowed me to spend more time with my daughter. Insurance provided me with the opportunity to continue helping others while building a career that gives me more time with my family.

2. How long have you been an insurance agent?

Although I had considered a career in insurance for quite some time, I officially started with Cook Insurance & Financial Agency in November 2025 as an Associate Agent. In May 2026, I took the next step in my career and became an Agent with COUNTRY Financial. I’ve been blessed to continue working alongside Chrissy as we grow our COUNTRY family here in Northeast Missouri and Southeast Iowa!

3. What do you love most about being an insurance agent?

After spending years as a firefighter and paramedic, helping people during some of their most difficult moments, I love that I get to continue serving and protecting people in my community. The difference is that now I have the opportunity to help people prepare for the unexpected before an emergency or accident happens, so they have the protection they need when life takes an unexpected turn.

4. When you’re not working, what can we find you doing?

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my daughter, family, and friends. Being a dad is by far my favorite role, and I love making memories with my little girl, whether we’re out enjoying the day or just spending time together. I enjoy being outdoors, spending time on the lake, and getting together with friends and family. During the fall and winter, you’ll find me cheering on the Denver Broncos, and when the weather warms up, I’m usually looking for an excuse to get out on the golf course!

5. What’s a fun fact about you?

Before becoming a firefighter and paramedic, I actually planned to attend college for agribusiness and sales. I worked on several farms throughout high school and was actively involved in FFA. Although life took me in a different direction with a career in Fire/EMS, those experiences helped shape my path to becoming an insurance agent. I’m especially excited that COUNTRY Financial plans to add farm insurance to our available coverage options in 2027, allowing me to reconnect with my agricultural roots and help protect the farming families in our community!

We’re excited to introduce you to Chrissy, the friendly face behind Cook Insurance!

Chrissy’s journey in insurance has come full circle. With nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance world, she first got her start in life and health insurance. After stepping away from the industry for a time, she found her way back about a year and a half ago, ready for a new pace and a career that allowed her to do what she’s always enjoyed most, working with people.

What Chrissy loves most about insurance is getting to know the people behind the policies. Everyone’s life looks a little different, and she believes their insurance should too. Her goal is to listen, understand what matters most to each client, and help find coverage that fits their individual needs because insurance should never feel like a one size fits all checklist.

For Chrissy, building relationships is just as important as building coverage. She believes the best insurance conversations start by getting to know the person.
