Take Your Child to Work Day hits differently when they’re old enough to really see it.

Our kids watch us every day. They see the early mornings, the late nights, the phone calls, the meetings, the emails, and the conversations around the dinner table. They hear us talk about work, goals, challenges, and opportunities.

But seeing it in motion is something else entirely.

Today wasn’t just about showing where I work. It was about giving them perspective. It was about helping them understand why we work hard, what passion looks like in real life, and how dreams become reality through consistency and effort.

I hope they saw more than a job. I hope they saw purpose. I hope they saw the value of relationships, leadership, and serving others. Most of all, I hope they left believing that they can dream bigger than they ever imagined.

Because one day they’ll have their own path to follow, and experiences like this remind them that anything is possible when you find what you love and are willing to work for it.

They are always watching. Today, they got a front-row seat. ❤️
