Stephen Reavis is about halfway through his internship. Our great customer service reps have spent time teaching him the ins and outs. He has worked with agents making appointments, setting up reviews, and meeting with customers. He learned the claims process by visiting our district claims office. We’re excited about what his future brings. It’s been an absolute pleasure showing him the insurance business. He will make a great agent one day if he decides to follow that path!
