Travis Spencer and his team of mortgage professionals are known for their steadfast dedication to their clients. Their goal is not only to find the best loan program for each client, but also to guide them through the home-buying process in a streamlined, efficient manner. Travis walks hand in hand with the customer through the entire transaction. Travis has an intentional, strategic process that helps discover each client’s long-term and short-term financial objectives and then provides the mortgage financing that best complements those objectives. Travis has had the privilege of serving in the lending industry since 2002 and thoroughly enjoys helping his clients in any way possible. Knowledge is the key to Travis’s success. Customer service and communication are the foundation of that success. The ability to close loans is what sets Travis apart from anyone else in this business. In other words, JUST CLOSE. Travis grew up in Los Angeles, CA and earned his Mortgage and Realtor license at the age of 19 years old. He continued his successful career by becoming the top loan officer out of 550 employees at Lordsman Financial. Shortly after earning the top LO spot, Travis then created his own mortgage corporation called Reality Mortgage before finally joining AmCap Mortgage LTD in 2013." Travis and his wife, Shera Spencer, currently serve in their church’s children ministry leading small groups of children to know the love of Christ. Having a huge passion to help children, Travis and his wife also volunteer for the Magnolia Independent School District encouraging troubled youth to become productive members of society. Travis has a servant's heart and strives to put the needs of others ahead of his own needs.
