What's happening with Mortgage rates?

Mortgage rates have had an upward trend in the last few weeks in October and most likely continue in November. There is possibility of another increase has Federal Reserve will meet on November 3rd. The thought of an announcement that a reduction of the mortgage stimulus.

This has been stated in the Federal Open Market Committee .

My recommendation is look decide quickly if you are wanting to refinance or apply for a loan if possible.
