As I write this letter, I do so with a full heart and deep gratitude. After many years of serving you and your family, I have made the decision to retire from insurance and have sold my agency. This marks the close of an incredibly meaningful chapter of my life—one that has been shaped by the trust, loyalty, and relationships we have built together.
It has truly been an honor to guide you through important decisions, help protect what matters most to you, and be a steady resource through different seasons of life. Many of you have been with me for years, and I am sincerely thankful for the confidence you placed in me. Those relationships are what made this work so rewarding.
With that same sense of care and responsibility, I have carefully chosen Mr. Michael Lonon to take over my agency effective Feb. 1st, 2026. I would not step away unless I was confident you would continue to be well served. Mr. Lonon shares my commitment to integrity, professionalism, and putting clients first, and I know he, along with his staff, will treat you with the same respect and attention you have always received.
