On Fridays at USB, we dress casual for a good cause. Every week our team donates out of pocket to a local non-profit in exchange for wearing jeans at the end of the week. For the month of October our designated charitable cause is the Ulster Immigrant Defense Network - Red de Defensa de Inmigrantes de Ulster!
The Ulster Immigrant Defense Network (UIDN) is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting immigrants and their families throughout the county. UIDN helps ensure that immigrant residents have access to the resources, services, and opportunities they need to live safely, achieve self-sufficiency, and fully participate in the community. They do this by addressing human services needs related to household maintenance, driver's licenses, legal support, healthcare, transportation, and education.
