There are many different levels of water damage. Clean water escaping from a supply line should be treated distinctly differently than contaminated water escaping from a sewer line. Most insurance companies will argue that damages can be cleaned or dried because it’s just water. This is not accurate. When dealing with contaminated water, it is imperative to remove everything contaminated. Once the affected areas were exposed, the extent of the interior wall damage became apparent. TAS is the first call you should make when you have any insurance claim at your home business.
