Sales Representative
Compensation: $50,000–$80,000 OTE + Benefits
We’re looking for a motivated, competitive, and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and wants a career where strong performance is rewarded.
What You’ll Do
Generate and follow up with new sales opportunities
Speak with prospective and existing customers to identify their needs
Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
Build relationships and maintain a strong customer experience
Conduct outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads
Cross-sell additional products to existing customers
Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals
Maintain accurate customer and sales information
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
Compensation
$50,000–$80,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
Base pay + performance-based commissions/bonuses
Uncapped earning potential for top performers

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
