1. MI Buster🔥-This is an absolute game changer! On any conventional purchase with 10% down this lender will remove the mortgage insurance! Normally you get that with 20% down. On approved credit 😉

2. FHA Nada Program 🔥- We have a lender that will lend you the 3.5% necessary down payment on a FHA purchase. What are the advantages of this vs a Down Payment Assistance Program? There is no 2nd lien on your house, the interest rate is much better than DPA rates and there are no DTI restrictions, it follows regular FHA guidelines.

3. No-Cost Appraisal🔥-Receive a $600 credit on all primary residence purchases!

I am absolutely greatful to be in a position to sponsor a youth sports team for the City of Dinuba . I wouldn't have been able to participate in all the city sports if they didn't have sponsors for players when I was growing up. These young kids are an awesome group and it's a joy to see them smiling every week.

If you own a business or have the means please sponsor a team. There are many teams in each league sponsored by the city every year. It only takes $250 to be a sponsor!
