🚨 **FRAUD ALERT: Spoofed Citizens Bank Calls**

Scammers are currently making calls that may appear on Caller ID as legitimate Citizens Bank phone numbers.

If you receive an unexpected call claiming there is a problem with your account:

• Do not provide personal or account information.
• Do not share passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers, or verification codes.
• Hang up and call Citizens Bank directly using a phone number you know and trust.

**Caller ID can be spoofed — even when it shows our actual phone number.**

Please stay alert and help us protect your information.

Citizens Bank will never ask for your password, one-time passcode, PIN, or online banking login information. We will also never send an unexpected link asking you to log in or verify your identity.
