True story…My husband received this plant as a high school graduation gift. After all these years, I almost killed the plant (like one pathetic wilty leaf left). So…I watered, nurtured, fertilized, and…now it is very happy again.
As a financial health coach, I see A LOT of similarities. Water, nurture, fertilize and be amazed at the results!
It is said that change can take years before something happens overnight. True…sometimes financial discipline isn’t quick….but the results can be amazing!
And….I didn’t kill the plant! Focus your action items on your long-term goals!

Setback vs failure:
so I learned my cross country bicycle ride was cancelled (again). Am I going to choose to view it as a setback or a failure?
Life is rarely perfect or easy, markets go up and down (sometimes dramatically), employment status changes, health changes.
While no one can control the market, we can control our response to it. I continue to be honored to partner with my dear clients in their financial journey, whatever that is and whatever setbacks pop up. We will navigate together!
As for me? My summer looks different, but failure is NOT an option! This year and 2023 will be great!
