Porsche Design Towers, Sunny Isles Beach, FL

Among the most buzzed-about new developments being delivered this summer is the Porsche Design Tower Miami.Among the many luxurious amenities is a robotic automobile lift, which allows drivers to pull right up to their doorstep, however many stories high ... Residents will be able to park their cars right outside of their units!

The 60-story tower has 132 residences, ranging from $4.5 million to $36 million, according to Gil Dezer, whose company Dezer Development is behind the project.

The apartments will range in size from 4,200 to 17,000 square feet, and in price from $4.5 million to $36 million. In a nod to Porsche Design and its first foray into real estate, the tower will have a “car concierge” responsible for coordinating washes, detailing, tire rotation and other maintenance.

A quality product; and not afraid to go hard with an open date.

Reservations are now being accepted for Brickell City Centre’s East Hotel, but rates aren’t cheap. Rooms are available beginning in March 2016, through September 2016. Rates start at $499 in March, but drop to $259 by summer. The developer still says that they are on track to open the 352-room hotel…
