After 38 incredible years with the Novak Agency—and over 40 years in the insurance industry—we were honored to celebrate the retirement of Connie Kadletz on March 2nd!

Connie has been a dedicated and valued member of our team, bringing kindness, dedication, and expertise to every client interaction. Her commitment to excellence and genuine care for our customers has left a lasting impact on everyone she's worked with.
