Last week I received a phone call from a customer who was frustrated with another lender due to their East Coast business hours. They were struggling to connect with someone in a timely manner to review their loan estimate, felt confused by the fees, and needed guidance on what the next steps looked like.

I was able to provide them with a loan estimate through First Bank using their purchase agreement, sit down with them locally, and walk through each line item together so they fully understood the process moving forward. No pressure at the end of the day who they choose as a lender but building their confidence as a buyer moving forward.
