We also work to help clients understand the investment world in terms they can relate to. I appreciate your taking the time to read a little about me, and I look forward to getting to know you when we meet and as we work together. My name is John Mein, a Kerrville local, and I am proud to help those in my hometown reach their financial goals. The connection I have with the Hill Country community t
hat helped form me into the person I am today is invaluable. Serving the Kerrville area has always been a passion of mine, having grown up here, attending Notre Dame School and Tivy High School. I earned my bachelor's degree at Texas Tech University and master's degree at Schreiner University. After graduation, I spent several years at BT Wilson Sixth Grade and Hal Peterson Middle School in Kerrville ISD and St. Mary's School and Antonian College Prep Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of San Antonio as a teacher and principal. I take great pride in translating my experience in educating the youth of our community to educating clients on their path to meeting their long-term financial goals. My wife, Shalise, and I have two sons, Joe and Thomas. Joe is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University, our alma mater, and Thomas is in seventh grade. I look forward to meeting you, whether in our office on West Water Street, just down from the five points intersection, or if it's more convenient for you, over the phone or across a Zoom call. You might also see me at a community function at Louise Hays Park, Easter Fest, or supporting a local organization close to my heart, such as Boy Scouts, Notre Dame School, St. Mary's School, Our Lady of the Hills, Schreiner University or Kerrville Public School Foundation. A common misconception is that investing in the future is a benefit to a select few. The truth is that everyone has events in their life — some planned, some not. My objective is to work with you to create a dynamic strategy that helps you adapt and change direction, if needed, to reach your definition of financial success. Give me a call — I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
