If you receive a phone call claiming to be from KCFCU and are asked to provide personal, account, or other sensitive information, do not provide the information. Hang up immediately.

To verify the call or make sure your account is secure, please contact KCFCU directly at 830-896-6800 or visit any KCFCU branch.

Even if a call appears to come from a familiar or local number, please use caution. Caller ID information can be manipulated to make a fraudulent call appear legitimate.
