Last Friday, a few CWCU team members had a great time at NCACU’s Superhero Spectacular Golf Outing in support of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Kent County.

We hosted a putting green challenge throughout the day, and the competition definitely brought some energy. One golfer took the loss especially hard and decided to tee off from his knees on the actual hole. That kind of commitment earned him a brand new pizza cutter.

Most importantly, events like this help support the incredible work the Children’s Advocacy Center does for children and families in our community. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our hole, had some fun with us, and helped support such an important cause.

Looking back on a month filled with meaningful moments 💙

Throughout May, the CWCU team had the opportunity to connect with our community in so many ways. From meeting students at the Wayland Union Career Fair, to attending the MCUL GAC in Lansing, to supporting families at the Middleville Bike Rodeo through bike donations and a Feeding America West Michigan food drive, we are grateful for every opportunity to serve, support, and show up for our community.
