I had my 3rd therapy session today and my 1st personal training session Saturday. I'll schedule an appointment with the nutritionist soon. My goal is to focus more on me so I can be the best version of myself going forward. This isn't a New Year, New Me thing this is me being accountable to me. This is me being solely focused on my mental and physical health because others around me benefit from me in some form or fashion. People will take from you whether you are good or bad but what I've realized is that the Good version of me doesn't allow access to everyone. The Good version of me doesn't tolerate everything, the boundaries are set for a reason Beloved and it is what it is.

Someone recently congratulated me on a business venture that I was a partner in. I didn't realize that I didn't put an end date on it, partially because it's been my desire to get back into it but this time will be different. I wouldn't work as much I did that time. I did and still enjoy driving but I definitely don't want to get up to go do airport runs at dark thirty. I'd hire others to do it...

🙌🏽Divine Timing for a Divine Place in God🙌🏽

James 1 says, “Let patience have her perfect work.”
Acts 10 reveals a divine meeting between Peter and Cornelius.
And Acts 16:13 shows Paul finding Lydia at the river—a sacred meeting place designed by God Himself.

When it’s divine timing, you don’t have to force it—God will orchestrate it. The right people, the right place, the right moment—it’s all part of His plan.

I started this day in prayer, I start every day thanking God and then I joined this zoom. God has been telling me to get my life together and when God gives me instructions I listen. In the past I didn't. I didn't expect to see my Dad at this funeral today and he was surprised to see me as well. (I saw my younger brother, who I hadn't seen since our brother's funeral) So I had my Mama capture the moment. Today has been a good day.

It's been a while so I figured I'd show you all my length check and my face. 2 years ago I had no hair on the side of my head, I just had hair on the top. But look at me now. Long healthy hair. No quick fix, no pills, oils or thrills. I just drink water and mind my business 🤷🏽‍♀️
I've never had a problem growing my hair. I had a problem cutting my hair and I decided last year not to cut it anymore.
