As part of our update, replacement debit cards are currently being mailed. Keep an eye on your mailbox, cards will arrive in a discreet envelope that could easily be mistaken for regular mail. Please be sure not to throw it away.

Once you receive your new card, you can activate it right away. If the activation sticker is removed or misplaced before activating your card or setting your PIN, call 800-992-3808 for assistance.

⚠️ Important Reminder: Your new card will not be active or usable until February 23. Please continue using your current debit card until that date to avoid any interruptions.

All SEMO FM Bank branches will be closed on Saturday, February 21st as we prepare to transition to FM Bank & Trust. During this time, Online Banking will be available in inquiry-only mode 💻

You’ll still be able to view account information, but transactions will be temporarily unavailable.

Beginning February 23rd, business customers will need to access Business Online through our website to continue using ACH Origination.

Please note:
➡ The current Business Online link will no longer work.
➡ Access will be available directly through our website starting 2/23.

💳 New Cards Are on the Way 💳
As part of our upcoming transition to FM Bank & Trust, new debit cards will begin mailing soon.

Here’s what to know:

➡ Cards will begin mailing January 29
➡ Cards cannot be used until February 23
➡ Once received, cards must be activated by calling the number included in the mailer

Please keep an eye on your mail and hold onto your new card until February 23rd. Do NOT destroy your current cards! We’ll continue sharing reminders and helpful updates along the way. If you have questions, our team is always happy to help!
