Fannie Mae just made a change that could help homeowners save money every month!

🏡 BEFORE: Homeowners generally had to reach out to their mortgage servicer to request PMI removal based on their home’s increased value.

🙌 NOW: Mortgage servicers can proactively reach out to homeowners who may qualify!

Have you owned your home for a few years? Has your home’s value increased?

You might have enough equity to get rid of that monthly PMI payment WITHOUT refinancing or giving up your low interest rate! 👏

Of course, there are still eligibility requirements, and removal isn’t automatic.
