Kelli joined the Cole Harrison team in 2023 as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative and has grown remarkably since day one. After building a strong foundation in client service, she transitioned into the Commercial Lines division before stepping into her current role as our Process and Technology Lead where she focuses on optimizing how we work so that our clients continue to receive exceptional, day-to-day service.

A lifelong Mainer, Kelli was born and raised in Eliot and is a proud graduate of Marshwood High School. She brings many years of experience in accounting and office management, and a genuine commitment to making things work better for the people around her.
