🌟 TEAM SPOTLIGHT: Meet Mac Croninger! 🌟

If you’ve called or stopped by our office, there’s a good chance you’ve talked with Mac Croninger, our Office Manager!

Mac and his wife, Ashley, live in Ligonier with their two children, Milo and Adelaide. Family and community are a huge part of their lives, and when they aren’t busy chasing the kids around, you’ll often find them volunteering with the Milford Food Bank, helping serve families throughout our area.

Mac also stays plenty busy outside the insurance office! He and his family are involved with timing local road races and cross country meets, which means many weekends are spent at finish lines, race courses, and events throughout the community. 🏃‍♂️🏁

The Croninger family attends Noble County Community Church, and when they get the chance to get away, two of their favorite places to visit are Mackinac Island, Michigan and Ocean City, Maryland.

As our Office Manager, Mac plays a big role in keeping our office running smoothly, helping our team stay organized, and making sure our clients are taken care of. He loves being part of a local business where relationships matter and where we have the opportunity to serve the same communities we call home.

We’re glad to have Mac as such an important part of our team! If you see him around the office—or at the finish line of a local race—be sure to say hello! 👋

🎉 Welcome Our New Intern - Eli Ward! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome Eli to the Spaw Agency team!

Outside of the office, he stays busy helping coach Willow Creek Middle School Wrestling, working on his golf game, and spending time with family and friends—usually with a little friendly competition involved! ⛳🤼

He attends Pathway as well as micro churches throughout the community and enjoys staying involved and connected with those around him.

He’s excited for the opportunity to intern with Farm Bureau, learn more about the insurance business, and gain experience from the team here in the office.

We’re glad to have him with us and look forward to a great semester! Please help us give him a warm welcome! 👏

We’re excited to welcome Austin Weber to the agency!

Austin lives in Churubusco with his wife, Katie, and their daughter, Sumner. A graduate of Blackhawk East Community College, he enjoys raising sheep, spending time with his family, and cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers and Green Bay Packers. He and his family are also active members of Sugar Grove Church of God.

As he begins his new role, Austin is looking forward to getting to know his clients, helping individuals and families protect what matters most, and building lasting relationships throughout the communities we serve.

We’re excited to have him on board and can’t wait to see the positive impact he’ll make to our communities!
