Update: Internet and phones are now back up. Hopefully this wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Arrived at the office with no Internet or telephone service. We've contacted our vendor and have our request elevated and I'll update once service returns.

We normally close at noon each Friday during the office season. However tomorrow, July 11, we will be closed all day so a paint team can come in and perform their magic.

Next week should resume normal Friday hours.

Please join me and my staff on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 11 am to 3 pm to honor, reminisce and celebrate Don Tatman's retirement. Don joined the firm in September 2004 and serviced many businesses, individuals and non-profits over 19 years, so help us launch his next phase.

In an effort to increase efficiencies, production and turnaround time on work during tax season, the office be closed to the public on Fridays and Saturdays beginning January 2024. We will still be working and can be contacted through email and the client portal. Telephone calls will go to voicemail and will be checked throughout the day and routed to the appropriate staff member.

Allowing staff to concentrate on completing work uninterrupted will allow us to achieve our desired turnaround time for tax returns and other projects worked on during this time. Monday through Thursday will have extended hours to 6:30 and possibly later, by appointment. The hours we’re open for pick-up and delivery of data will now be:

Monday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Tuesday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Wednesday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Thursday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Friday and Saturday closed to the public.

We've started our paint job (we, as in Bob King of King Decorating) on the building.As they perform their duties, our front door may be a little challenging so if you're coming in to pick up or for an appointment, let us know and we can bring you in the back if necessary.

Jay Hayes from Albion will be making the letters to name the building under Alonzo Anderson, so plans are moving forward.

Please note that the office will be closed this Friday (April 22) for our annual post tax-filing day holiday. We do this every year and I think we all look forward to a three day weekend and a little extra rest. We'll be back in the office with regular hours on Monday April 25.

The firm purchased generator last year when we lost power for several hours. It occurred to me that we could be without power but our client's may have power.

We lost power on Wednesday of this week, possibly related to a fire South of downtown, but thanks to Generac and Two Brothers Generators, we were without power for less than 30 seconds.
