🇺🇸 As a U.S. Army National Guard soldier, Takoda’s dad was his ABSOLUTE hero. Trying to explain what happened that day to our young sons was one of the hardest things my husband & I ever had to do. We settled on telling them simply that bad guys had attacked our country—a simple truth that was enough for them to feel the weight of the moment. 🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET. ✝️
