We're putting in a new kitchen. Here's my rough draft of the new layout. The cabinet company will create a nicer looking drawing and may tweak the layout a little, but this gives you a preview of the general idea.

We decided to use the breakfast nook area for pantry and kitchen space instead. This will make a large kitchen with a lot of storage. We removed the wall on the right side of the cabinets to open it up to the dining room. This kitchen will be great for entertaining.

I'll post the cabinet company’s layout pictures after I receive them. ⏱

Here's a video walk thru of a house I might buy.

I buy houses. 🏡 Sometimes they are messy, outdated, and need repairs and a complete makeover (like this house). This house was a divorce situation.

Sometimes they are pretty, but sellers need to relocate fast and have very little equity. There are a lot of reasons someone may have a problem house. I help people with problem houses.

Here's a good post. We've been fixing this duplex up a bit here and there since we bought it. We recently got the back landscaping fixed up pretty nice for the tenants to enjoy. We'll post pics of that soon!
