My partner and I started our journey for house hunting a few months ago.

Realizing how much went into actually buying a home, we realized a “normal” home loan probably wasn’t going to work for us. Luckily my mom is in the real estate business so she told us about an USDA loan. Mind blowing!! We had talked to some other lenders and they said “I wouldn’t wish a USDA loan on my worst enemy”. We’re excited to bring the Detroit Saturday Market back for the 2026 season — and we’re currently looking for vendors to join us!

Whether you sell fresh produce, handmade goods, baked treats, art, flowers, or unique local products, we’d love to have you be part of this growing community event.
