Lately it feels like EVERYTHING costs more.....groceries, bills, gas, everyday essentials. And for a lot of families, that pressure adds up quickly.

While we can’t control inflation itself, we can become more intentional about how we respond to it.

Small financial shifts, better awareness, and proactive planning can make a bigger difference than people think over time. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s creating more stability, confidence, and breathing room wherever possible.

One of the most valuable things we can teach kids early is how to feel confident and informed around money.

Financial habits, mindset, and understanding often start much younger than people realize, and small conversations now can shape the way they approach money for the rest of their lives.

Here are 4 simple ways to start introducing healthy money habits to kids 💛

The internet can give you endless information about, well, ANYTHING!

But information alone doesn’t always create clarity.

What most people actually need is guidance that takes their life into account. Their goals, their fears, their family, their habits, their current reality.

Because personal finances are exactly that: personal.

Sometimes the biggest difference isn’t finding more information. It’s having someone help you understand what actually makes sense for YOU!

I’m no Google, but I am an expert in creating personalized guidance around your finances and the life you want to build. 💙

Your gentle reminder from your financial coach that avoiding your finances doesn’t actually make the stress disappear, it usually just makes the uncertainty louder. 😬

Most people aren’t “bad with money.” They’re overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or embarrassed they’ve waited this long to look at things closely.

But clarity is almost always less scary than the stories we create in our heads.
One conversation, one plan, one small step can change a lot more than people realize.

I’ve realized the books that stay with you usually aren’t the ones filled with perfect advice or complicated strategies.

They’re the ones that shift the way you see yourself, your potential, and what’s actually possible for your life.

These three books challenged the way I thought about growth, confidence, money, and success in completely different ways.

Sometimes one perspective shift is all it takes to start approaching your life differently!!

What’s a book that genuinely changed the way you think? The one that always lives in the back of your mind??

Financial progress usually isn’t built through one huge decision. It’s built through small, intentional choices repeated over time.

The way you use your money today shapes the options, stability, and freedom you’ll have later. When you start treating your earnings like a tool instead of something that just comes and goes, that’s when you see REAL results!

There was a version of me that treated failure like a public identity instead of a temporary moment.

I wasn’t afraid of things going wrong, I was afraid of what people would think if they did.

So I stayed careful.
Overprepared.
Quietly stuck.

I’d spend more time calculating worst-case scenarios than imagining what could actually go right.
At some point, I realized playing small doesn’t protect you nearly as much as people think it does.

Now? I take risks all the time.
Some work beautifully.
Some completely flop.
But I’ve learned how to create stability in the areas that matter most so I can afford to grow, pivot, learn, and yes, fail!!

Growth requires friction.
Expansion requires discomfort.
And most meaningful things in life ask something of you before they give anything back.

Failure stopped feeling like proof that I wasn’t capable.
It started feeling like proof that I was actually moving.

A lot of people aren’t stuck because they’re doing everything wrong—they’re stuck because they’re making decisions without a clear picture of where they stand.

Guessing creates stress. Avoiding it creates confusion. Clarity creates options.
Knowing what’s coming in, what’s going out, what needs attention, and what goals matter most can completely change how you move forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out overnight. Sometimes the biggest step is simply getting honest about where things are today.

A lot of people turn money into a mountain when it’s really a molehill.
Not because they’re incapable. Not because it’s impossible. Usually, because it feels overwhelming, uncomfortable, or tied to stress, we tend to avoid it when something feels scary.

The longer we avoid it, the bigger it seems.
What could be solved with a few conversations, some clarity, and simple next steps starts to feel like this giant thing hanging over your head.

Most of the time, it’s not as complicated as it feels. It just needs attention, not fear.
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the money, it’s finally facing it.

There are a few financial wellness questions that come up again and again—and honestly, most people are wondering the same things, they’re just not always asking out loud.

The truth is, financial wellness touches more parts of life than people realize. It’s not just numbers on a spreadsheet—it can impact your stress levels, opportunities, confidence, and future choices.

That’s why having real conversations matters. No judgment, no shame, no pretending to have it all figured out.

What other questions do you have about financial wellness?
