Throwback to pie throwing!!! 🥧🎉

The Good Lemonade friends aren't the only ones in our fam serving our community!

Y'all remember when our eldest turned his 14th birth day into a celebration honoring law enforcement? SO MUCH FUN!!!

Happy birth day Oxen Free. More than sunshine.

Now, our very youngest is looking at 14, and as I look back, those lil cuties serving yummy lemonade seem like such a long time ago.

Parents of teens and young adults, I'm sure y'all get it. I'm starting to get it. They say the days are long and the years are short. How achingly true. And how very very GOOD the undeserved gift has been, to get to mother my children through their childhoods.

It doesn't seem to be the season for lemonade right now, and maybe not for a long time, or even anymore. But in this reflection, in any circumstance, in every season, we still can serve: someone, something, somehow,

and, it can be good.

The memories sure are.

Hey, y'all!

This weekend we all "fall back" and it's a great time to pick up where we left off, and begin thinking ahead!

We really miss serving our community through delicious lemonade.
And to be honest, we're not sure exactly what serving will look like going forward - but we want to start thinking about it!

And you know what? We want YOU to be thinking about it, too!

You weren't able to turn in your applications when we first ran this contest, because there was a lot going on in our world! So this contest is still open, and we'll close it in March just like we originally planned. And as a reminder, even though our lemon-tree-roots began in Kearney, it's Smithville we're reaching out to now, to plant some good seeds with this contest.

So start thinking, start imagining and start planning! It's exciting to start a sweet little business!

The Good Lemonade Stand serves our community through product & profit. In 2019 we made headlines when we gave more than $2,500 to local schoolteachers. We're kicking off our second season of serving by supporting fellow young entrepreneurs, with a $100 business startup stipend and more!
