We are excited to announce and WELCOME our new Team Leader Chad Shimabukuro for our KW Honolulu Market Center! Earlier today, our Core Partners, leadership and the associates from KWH gathered to hear the announcement and welcome him to the Team Leader role.

Chad was born and raised in Honolulu where he attended McKinley and Farrington High Schools before attending college in California. This year marks 20 years in real estate for Chad, who has a total of 18 licenses including be a licensed real estate and mortgage broker. Chad has been in a leadership role for the past 12 years, a Broker in Charge for the past 10 years, and has been named in the Top 100 realtors numerous times throughout his career.

Happy Aloha Monday everyone!!! We are happy to announce that our Kapolei Strategic Center has a brand new TV screen set up in our training area. We will live stream majority of the classes being taught in the Market Center.

Know what this means??? It means, no more having to drive to town to attend class! It also means that there is no excuse as to why you can't make it to class to learn and educate your clients about our ever so changing market.
