Buying your first home is exciting, but stressful doesn’t even begin to describe it at times. Thankfully, Kimberly and Macy helped make the entire process so much smoother and less overwhelming.
Communication is incredibly important to our family, and they exceeded our expectations every step of the way. No matter how many questions we had and trust me, we had a lot! They always responded quickly, thoroughly, and with kindness. Not once did they make us feel like any question was too small, too repetitive, or too silly.
Macy is truly the MVP! We first connected with her over a year ago when we were considering buying a home but weren’t quite ready to take that step yet. At the time, she worked for a different company, which is ultimately how we ended up working with Kimberly at Guild Mortgage. What stood out most was that Macy was never pushy. She didn’t pressure us or make us feel rushed. Instead, she took the time to educate us, answer our questions, and genuinely help us prepare for homeownership when the time was right.
Throughout the entire process, Macy made everything feel personal. We never felt like just another file or transaction. She celebrated the exciting moments with us, helped us navigate the stressful ones, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed and supported.
One of the moments that meant the most to us was closing day. Even though Macy already had prior commitments, she still made time to stop by and be there with us as we signed the papers for our first home. That speaks volumes about the kind of person she is and the level of care she provides to her clients. It wasn’t something she had to do, but she did it because she genuinely cared about our family and wanted to celebrate that milestone with us.
Kimberly and Macy made an incredible team, and we are so grateful for everything they did for our family. Their professionalism, responsiveness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference during such an important milestone in our lives.
