I get a lot of questions regarding interest rates and when I think they will drop. As you know, mortgage interest rates can fluctuate many times during a given week or month! In addition, rates can vary depending on the following:

- Is this your first home?
- Are you in the military?
- Is this your second, third or fourth home?
- Do you plan to live in the home as a main residence?
- How many years do you think you will stay in the home?
