If you need to soften butter quickly but don't want to MELT it, Put boiling hot water in a glass to heat the glass. Dump the water out and flip it over your stick of butter. In a few minutes it will be perfectly soft to use!

I’m excited to share about the next chapter in my life. I’ve transitioned out of the law field into financial and insurance consulting. Primarily, I help clients find ways to save money and improve their benefits- at the same time. Recently, I’ve partnered with Acrisure, the 5th largest retail and wholesale broker in the United States. This gives my clients tremendous buying power and access to ideas and markets that they have not traditionally been aware.

Had a really good week last week in my new role of instance agent.

I got to drive down to the Lake oh the Ozarks to personally meet my clients, inspect their home and deliver their policies. I then took pictures of my insureds property and had them complete the room by room using a guide I provided.

Imagine the devastation you’ll experience IF your house is destroyed by fire or storms! One of the things I do the law taught me is to fully document the house, it’s contents, it’s cars, RVs and in this case a barn that raised chicken who produce eggs.

I take pictures of everything that way it clearly provides some protection and evidence of your property because once destroyed how would you provide proof of your loss? Normally that process is worse than the loss itself.

In my agency, my insured call me. I help them file a claim and turn over my file of pictures and the inventory which immediately speeds up the claims process by weeks.

I was overjoyed when my client said wow you spent 5 hours interviewing us for the policies, then going over our policies and making sure we are prepared for anything……my husband and I talked and we don’t think our old insurance agent spent more than 10 minutes tops taking to us ever! I can honestly say we feel great in our decision to have you help us.
