THE APARTMENT MANAGER DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY WHEN WE ASKED HIM THIS....

So, we're moving. It was a little unexpected and all happened so fast. ⏱ Will we buy or rent? 🤷🏻‍♀️

When we found a rental we liked, we asked for a discount. Under normal circumstances, that would not be an option, but we offered the manager a full year's rent up front. 😲

It's important to make a plan for EVERY dollar in your budget.

Expenses include: giving, saving, and spending.

Each person or family's budget will look different depending on what Baby Step they're on and their specific situation.

Rachel Cruze says, "A budget doesn't limit your freedom, it GIVES you freedom." Even if you're struggling financially, making a plan for your money will give you peace of mind. A plan always does.

If you've lost your income recently, focus on covering the 4 Walls (food, utilities, shelter, and transportation - in that order), and pile up cash while you weather this financial storm.

Give each dollar in your plan a job until every dollar is accounted for.
