Every year, we celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday by enjoying root b**r floats. He’s no longer here to share one with us, but somehow, that makes the tradition even more meaningful.

Christina and I recently took one of those personality tests and, apparently, learned a LOT about how we operate — in life and at the office.
