We’re hiring a full-time, remote, Minnesota-based Mortgage Loan Officer who knows their stuff, loves their people, and wants to build something meaningful—not just crank out transactions like a mortgage robot.
The job?
Guide clients through the mortgage process with confidence, clarity, and maybe a little charm. Match them with the best loan options, manage the process from “Hey, can you help me?” to “OMG we got the house!”, and partner with underwriting to get those magic words: Clear to Close.
We care deeply about relationships here—clients, agents, teammates, all of it. You’ll be the kind of person who shows up, follows through, does what’s right, and makes the whole experience feel human. Bonus points if you like celebrating wins with emojis.
Compliance matters too (we’re fun, but not that fun), so you’ll keep everything clean, legal, and organized.
