This one just closed today!

We had been working with seller for months, back and forth. We had a contract agreed on and then the seller vanished. He actually had signed with another company but unfortunately they didn’t follow through with their offer. We were able to come in and make a higher offer than we initially had and he agreed.

We got to the closing table and he almost backed out because of closing cost but we were able to save the deal.

This one wasn’t our best work but we were able to make a deal out of something we thought was a lost cause.
