Congratulations to my out-of-state VA buyers! 🇺🇸

He’s being restationed to Missouri but wanted to keep their current home in Texas. Thanks to his VA entitlement, he was able to utilize his VA benefits for this new home too!

Now, he has a VA loan on BOTH properties. 🎉🏡

A special shoutout to Beth, who did an amazing job (as always) in virtually showing them property after property until they found the perfect home.

We also utilized a notary for a remote closing in Texas, making the process smooth and efficient.

Mortgage rates are on a roller coaster again… and yesterday was one of those drops.

In just a few hours, we gave back more ground than we’d gained all week.

This is a perfect example of why you should only trust interest rates quoted by a licensed mortgage originator — not headlines, not clickbait, and definitely not your cousin’s Facebook post.

The news will catch up in a few days, but by then, it’s too late.

If you had an offer accepted over the weekend, today’s rate sheet probably looked very different than you expected.
