Any males can have vasectomies at any time and have them reversed. Some insurance policies cover this procedure. Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Does it feel like there just not enough time in the day to get everything done? There’s a total of 14,400 minutes in a single day! Here’s a short list of 10 things you can accomplish in only 5 minutes!
1️⃣ Affirm your goals. (They are written down, right?)
2️⃣ Tell someone how much you appreciate them.
3️⃣ Clean your workspace.
4️⃣ Answer 5 emails.
5️⃣ Slow down and catch your breath
6️⃣ Return a phone call
7️⃣ Read a few pages of a book. (On your phone or iPad.)
8️⃣ Do some preventative maintenance. (Before there is an issue!)
9️⃣ Text someone just to say you love or miss them.
🔟 Enjoy where you are… you will never be in that exact moment again.
