📢 Office Closure Notice

Due to extreme heat next week and the lack of air conditioning in our office, the Kankakee County Farm Bureau office will be closed Monday, June 29, through Friday, July 3, to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff.

While our office will be closed, we will continue to monitor and respond to emails throughout the week. If you leave us a voicemail, we will return all missed calls as soon as we reopen on Monday, July 6.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for your continued support, and please stay safe and cool during the extreme heat!

🌱 Ag Around Kankakee County 🌱

This summer, we’re traveling around Kankakee County to meet local farmers, agricultural businesses, and organizations. Through this series, we’ll share their stories and highlight the important role they play in our community.

For our first stop, we visited Momence for the River Valley FFA Adventures in Agriculture Camp! We had the opportunity to talk with Mrs. Meyer, the agricultural teacher and FFA advisor, along with a few campers who spent their week learning all about agriculture.

Over the next couple of days, we'll shine a spotlight on the incredible graduating high school seniors awarded the prestigious Kankakee County Farm Bureau Foundation Scholarship! Join us in celebrating their hard work and dedication to academic excellence!

We want to introduce Taylor Foltz, one of the Kankakee County Farm Bureau Foundation High School Senior recipients! Taylor will be attending Joliet Junior College, pursuing studies in Agriculture Business!
