The Clint Belcher Agency is looking for an upbeat and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in a full-time position!

Responsibilities

-Answer phones, take payments, gather
information regarding claims, and field
billing and coverage questions
-Process customer policy change
requests
-Schedule sales appointments
-Collect and input information from
potential clients for new business quotes
-Monitor daily correspondences between
agency and home office
-Assist clients in submitting claims and
follow-up as needed

Requirements

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Must be currently licensed or be able to
obtain your Michigan Property &
Casualty insurance license within 90 days
of start date
-Exceptional communication skills -
written and verbal
-Experience with Microsoft Outlook,
Word, and Excel
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team
environment
-Previous customer service experience
preferred
