✔️ Come to a complete stop
✔️ Take turns — first to stop goes first
✔️ If two cars stop at the same time - car on right goes first
✔️ Yield to pedestrians
✔️ Proceed slowly and cautiously

Drive cautiously and watch for downed trees and limbs.
