Last night, I was completely shocked and surprised at Gobles High School graduation when I was recognized with the School Service Award.
To say I was humbled would be an understatement. ❤️
The truth is… I don’t do what I do for recognition. I do it for the kids. I do it for the community. I do it because investing in our youth matters.
Whether through volunteering, supporting school events, helping families, or simply showing up when needed, giving back has always been something close to my heart.
I am incredibly grateful that through my career with Farm Bureau, I have been given the tools, resources, and flexibility to run my business while also serving the communities I love.
And apparently… my daughter Jade knew ALL about this and completely tricked me into going to graduation 😂 She deserves an award herself for keeping the secret because I had absolutely no idea!
Out of all the awards and recognition I’ve received throughout both my banking career and insurance career, this one means the most. Because this award isn’t about sales, numbers, or production—it’s about community, giving back, and helping kids.
My heart is full. Thank you, Gobles Public Schools, for this incredible honor. ❤️🐾
