The application window closes Mother's Day (5/10/26) at 11:59pm so please move fast.

This is an 8‑month journey for Black men who are ready to grow, lead, and build in community while remaining authentic to themselves! This experience focuses on leadership, identity, career and financial growth, wellness, and real community impact. Fellows take part in monthly sessions, mentorship, workshops, and hands‑on learning, with a monthly stipend to support the commitment. Yes, you will be paid for your time, because it is valuable!

On behalf of the Kalamazoo Black Male Alliance and Grayson Accounting Service, I want to invite you to our community engagement event this March 19th at 5p at 2318 Gull Road.

This event will be held with the intent to be reoccurring as we discuss strategic ways to improve our school district and increase accountability to the black youth and black community as a whole. Experiences are welcomed to be precise in our ask as a community. This initiative has been building for some time and the recent publication of our kids walking from Patwood (Interfaith) to school is another example of our needs being ignored.

Registration is not required but encouraged as space will be limited if more than 25 people show up to be a part of the discussion.
